Espresso
1. Break up 4 choc-chip cookies into MILKLAB Oat and let that steep for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
2. Fill the bottom of your cup with choc chips and extract a shot of espresso over the top. Stir to combine.
3. Strain your infused MILKLAB Oat into a pitcher and steam as usual.
4. When you pour into your espresso, pour from a distance so the milk falls through the crema, leaving you with a cookie like golden brown crema.
5. Break up tiny chocolate chips on top to make it look like a cookie. NOTE: the chocolate pieces must be tiny so they sit on top of the drink. Heavier pieces will fall through the foam.
