Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120.
We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 business days. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia via Australia Post. Below delivery times do not include the above fulfilment time.
Please take note that we are only open on weekdays. Any orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend may take an extra 1-2 working days.

Faulty or damaged goods
Items will be considered faulty if they fail to meet the standards of satisfactory quality, purpose, or description. It's important to bear in mind that goods damaged by regular use, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your goods are faulty or damaged, you may return the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any late returns sent outside this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion.
