Made and served at MILKLAB's 10th Birthday, this is the espresso martini you didn't know you needed. Rich, velvety, and dangerously smooth — it's what happens when proper coffee meets MILKLAB Oat in a shaker with ice.
MILKLAB Oat brings this next-level creaminess that makes the whole drink feel indulgent without masking the espresso. The panela syrup adds a subtle caramel sweetness, while those mixed spices give it just enough complexity to keep things interesting. Whether you're keeping it alcohol-free or spiking it with vodka, the coffee does the heavy lifting here.

Made with

Ingredients

  • 1 Double Espresso Shot
  • 100 ml MILKLAB Oat
  • 20 ml Panela Syrup
  • Pinch Mixed Spices
  • Ice

Make it boozy:

  • 20 ml Vodka

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds — you want it cold and frothy.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with three coffee beans on top.

Pro tip: Use freshly pulled espresso for the best flavor and that signature foam on top. The warmer the espresso, the better the froth when you shake it.
