Ingredients

  • Ice
  • MILKLAB of your choice
  • Double shot espresso

Method

  1. Fill your cup with ice and fill ¾ full with MILKLAB
  2. Pour over espresso shot for a gradient effect.

TIP – If you’re using syrup, always add it to your hot espresso or extract the coffee into the syrup to make sure it dissolves, before pouring over milk and ice.
