Ingredients

Cold Whisked Matcha

  • 5g matcha powder
  • 10g sugar
  • 150mL MILKLAB CHILLED Coconut

Pandan Coconut Cream

  • 50mL Coconut cream (add to taste)
  • 50mL MILKLAB CHILLED Coconut
  • 20mL Pandan Syrup

  • Ice

Method

  1. Whisk all Cold Whisked Matcha ingredients together.
  2. Cold froth all Pandan Coconut Cream ingredients together.
  3. Fill cup with ice and pour in Cold Whisked Matcha and layer over Pandan Coconut Cream.
