- Add sieved matcha and 40mL of 80 degree water in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add strawberry puree to the base and sides of your cup and fill with ice.
- Pour over MILKLAB of your choice and layer matcha on top for a layered effect.
TIP – Instead of strawberry puree, you can use strawberry syrup or a blend of strawberry syrup and strawberry jam to add your own spin.
