- Matcha
- 5g Honey
- MILKLAB Oat
- 40g espresso
- Ice
Method
- Add 2 scoops of matcha through a sieve into a bowl. Add 40g of 80c water.
- Whisk in a W shape until your matcha has a light green foam on top.
- Add honey to the matcha and stir with a spoon to combine.
- In a glass add ice, and then layer matcha, MILKLAB Oat and espresso on top.
